27.9.: Part of Night of the 1000 pumpkins

Even veteran plumber Don (excellently played by Steven Ogg) may not have anticipated a nasty blockage like this when he and his germophobic son are faced with a monstrous worm (needless to say, the secret governmental project of a mad scientist) wriggling through the sewer pipes and killing people. The title Scared Shitless is an accurate prediction of the film’s effect on audiences, but in the end it is a lot more than the sum of its fecal part(icle)s: here is a movie flushed with delightful creature design, toilet trivia, an assorted Canadian 80s soundtrack, and snappy dialog that will make you soil your pants laughing (sorry for all the toilet humor)!
