A train is raided by a clan of criminals. Of course, things don’t work out as planned—and the situation rapidly escalates because, to the robbers’ great misfortune, there are two army commandos on board. After a certain point, when matters have become personal, the train gradually turns into a slaughterhouse. In recent years, the action-oriented side of Bollywood has emerged just as strongly as its long-established song-and-dance tendencies. Kill is a rip-roaring exemplar of the genre, loading its 100 minutes with the kind of frenzied fireworks that would make the John Wicks of this world gape in awe. (am)
