The event in question is a “dark match”, a tournament not broadcast on TV. After arriving in the back of the beyond, the crew duly finds itself in a whirl of drugs, occultism, and violence… Sticking to his guns, Lowell Dean (Another WolfCop, SLASH ½ 2017) delivers another midnighter par excellence with Dark Match: as gory as it is funny, and with more than just a pinch of satanism!
