The Fox

Nick hasn’t yet gotten wind that Kori, the woman he worships, is miserable and doesn’t want to marry him—let alone that she’s cheating on him with her boss, the vet. Then, on a hunt, a trickster vixen lets him in on the secret. In exchange for sparing her life, the fox even tells him about a deep hole in the forest. If he wants to save his relationship, he has to throw Kori in. This wild, mean, sleazy Australian comedy comes up with its own—pretty out-there—answer to the question, “What does the fox say?” Side note: the recently deceased Sam Neill gets one more round of shenanigans in this film—as a meddling, foul-beaked, snack-addicted magpie.
